New TruVideo Service!

We are proud to introduce TruVideo Service! We are very excited to launch and share this new feature to our service experience! 

City Mazda is dedicated in providing a premium service experience for our guests. We have partnered with TruVideo to allow our service staff and technicians to communicate with our customers by text message and video to enhance the transparency of our work.

While your vehicle is in for maintenance or repairs your service advisor will ask you for your cell phone number or email. They will then send a link to your phone reminding you of their name and that you can expect to see a video from the technician that will be servicing your vehicle. During that video the technician may recommend additional services during the inspection. Your service advisor will follow up with you after the video and send you an additional link to take a look at your quote if additional services are required or suggested. You can simply toggle left or right to accept each additional service request on your phone to accept or deny. It’s that easy!

Once confirmed, the service advisor will see what you have authorized and get to work on all approved tasks on your vehicle. Once completed your service advisor will then send you a text confirming the completion of the work and arrange to pick you up by shuttle if required.

When booking an online appointment it is very important to note that the appointment time your are booking is the time to write your work order with the service advisor, not the time your vehicle will go into the shop should you decide to wait for it. The wait times may vary as delays may be out of our control. Our team will communicate with you during the entire service reception process and advise if we anticipate any unforeseen delays. If the wait time is longer than you would like to wait, a service shuttle can be available to take you to the office or back home for your accomodation.
